General Questions

How long does your coffee keep for from the roast date?

We recommend consuming the coffee within 28 days of the roast date. You’ll find the roast date on the back of every bag. Of course it’s fine to consume after this time, you’ll just get the most flavour in those first 28 days.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay + Google Pay.

I’m looking for work, how do I get in touch with my resume?

We’re always on the lookout for amazing new staff. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

When will my order arrive?

We’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Delivery time will depend on whether it is shipping via Standard Post or Express Post. Standard Post you should see your order arrive in approximately 5-7 days. Express Post you should see your order arrive in approximately 2-4 days. Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in receiving your orders through our couriers, Australia Post + Sendle.

My order has arrived and something isn’t quite right, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear this is the case! Accidents happen and we’ll be sure to fix this as soon as possible. Send us an email to: orders@standingroomcoffee.com.au

What is your Refund + Returns Policy?

We have a 14 day return policy at the Standing Room online store. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase you have made through our online store for any reason, please get in touch via email: orders@standingroomcoffee.com.au for a replacement or credit note within 14 days of shipment. In your email, please be sure to detail your name, order number, date of purchase and reason for return. Please note: Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Items purchased through our online store cannot be exchanged in person at Standing Room Coffee stores.

Coffee Subscriptions

When will my Subscription commence?

We send out Subscription orders every second Wednesday. Your coffee will be roasted the day before so you can be assured you’ll be receiving delicious fresh coffee for home.

I need to adjust my delivery address, is this possible?

Of course, just log into your account using the “Log In” tab at the top right of our website. If you have any issues making adjustments to your account, send us an email and we’ll be able to help out: orders@standingroomcoffee.com.au

I need to adjust the frequency of delivery, is this possible?
