This coffee is grown by 20 smallholder farmers from Tablon de Gomez — a small municipality about two hours drive from Buesaco in Narino, Colombia.

All the coffees selected for this lot are grown between 1,800 and 2,100 metres about sea level, and score 85+ points. The lot is comprised of 60% caturra and 40% castillo cultivars, which grow well in the region's volcanic soils.

This washed coffee is composed and balanced, with a soft orange zest freshness underpinned by a toffee and malt-like sweetness.
